The EPO publishes a draft version of the revised Guidelines for Examination 2012

The European Patent Office (EPO) published a draft version of the revised Guidelines for Examination, intended to enter into force in June of this year. The Guidelines for Examination are updated regularly in accordance with the developments of the European Patent Law and practice.
