This webinar aims to introduce you to key aspects related to IP enforcement, providing you with an overview of the main options to enforce intellectual property rights, and to solve conflicts related to IP infringement.

Learning Objectives

After the training, participants should be able to answer the following main questions:

  • How do I manage my IP asset for a more efficient enforcement?
  • What options do I have to enforce IPR?
  • How can I keep track of possible IP violations, counterfeiting?
  • What are the different options I can use to solve conflict?
  • Are there alternatives to litigation?
