The European Commission launched a new consultation on the procedures for notifying and acting on illegal content hosted by online intermediaries. All citizens and organisations are welcome to submitted a contribution.

This consultations aims to enhance the functioning of the Digital Single Market, contribute to combating illegality on the internet and in particular infringement of copyright, as well as to ensure the transparency and effectiveness of procedures.
